Suzanne discovered Iyengar yoga in the nineties, qualified as a teacher in 2009 and is now a Level 3 teacher, teaching both adults and children in Ealing and West Kensington. She enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga: for our overall health and well-being, in our attitude to life and dealing with its challenges. Her own practice and study is ongoing, attending classes and workshops with senior teachers throughout the UK including with teachers from India. Suzanne has studied in Pune where the Ramamani Memorial Iyengar Yoga Institute is based and feels privileged to have been taught by senior members of the Iyengar yoga family.
Suzanne teaches a weekly general class in the Garden Studio, suitable for all levels.
